Story
Anjaneya Sastry is a disciple of the eminent tabla maestro Pandit Prithwi Bhattacharjee. Anjaneya has also has had the cherished privilege of receiving direct tutelage for two decades from the world renowned Ustaad Zakir Hussain via his tabla workshops.
Anjaneya regularly performs at hindustaani classical concerts and has accompanied several veteran musicians such as Ustaad Shahid Pervez, Pandit Jayateerth Mevundi etc. Anjaneya has also given many traditional tabla solo performances across USA and India. Anjaneya was the featured artist at the recent Taj Mahotsav festival at Agra/India, where he played a tabla solo in the backdrop of the Taj Mahal itself!
Anjaneya has also supported many other genres such as dance drama, semi-classical music, ghazal and carnatic-hindustaani fusion etc. He has also accompanied eminent light music artists such as Smt. P. Susheela, Smt. Usha Uthup, Smt. Dhanashree Pandit etc.

The two sons of Anjaneya Sastri are two child prodigis who perform across various programms and mesmerises the audiences with tune of their tabla. Here they will perform as a Trio along with their father and which is bound to enthrill the spectetors.
